Business Owner

The head honcho of Made in the Mill, Jane has an unparalleled vision for creativity and flair, scouring the world for all its best patterns! She believes only the best will do, and the quality
and craftmanship of the Made in the Mill range is proof.

When she’s not busy overseeing all operations, you can find her surrounded by her pets including her cheeky cat
Mungo.

Nicola

Designer

Going at a million miles per hour whether by phone or email, Nicola has a passion for designing products with a
creative edge. She’s our little dynamo and gets involved in most parts of the
business including customer service and despatch too.

Outside of work, Nicola has her hands full looking after her young son and spending time with friends and family.

Brew Preference: Strong tea (in either a small or big cup depending upon the time of day!)

Liz

Customer Services

Liz ensures we offer the very in customer service keeping all customers fully up to date. She also keeps things
under control when the phones are ringing non-stop!

Outside of work she can be found being a devout supporter of Manchester City Football Club or finding the best spot for authentic Thai food or Greek mezze!

Carol

Despatches

Carol has been with us for a few years as part of our Operations and Despatch team, packing and despatching orders,
and keeping track of our ever in-demand stock.

In her spare time, she likes camping,
listening to live music and relaxing on the sofa with a binge watchable series.
